ImageReady
Once ImageReady opens, select the top left slice. On the ‘Slice’ tool palette enter the name as ‘top_left’. Do the same for the other two slices naming them ‘left_border’ and ‘header’. Ultimately these names can be whatever you want, but I will be referring to these files later, so it’ll help if the names are the same.

Select ‘Save Optimized As…’ from the File menu. Choose ‘Images Only (*.gif) from the “Save as Type’ drop down, and then browse to where you want to save the images. An ‘images’ directory will be created and your slices will be saved.

Several other files will be saved in that folder as filename_01.gif. These are the other slices that were created, and can be deleted.
