Added optimal_title plugin

I’ve installed another WordPress plugin called Optimal Title from ElasticDog.com. Instead of the blog name being first, the posting title is first. This should help with search engine traffic.

For those of y’all with WordPress blogs, give it a shot. It’s really easy to install. It took me about 5 minutes to install it here, on BlogOfStupidity.com, and Houston365.com.
